Residents of Burlington’s newest apartment complex won’t have any excuses to skip trips to the gym.

The 167-unit Life Time Living complex is nearing completion at 20 Fourth Ave., next-door to the five-year-old Life Time Fitness club. The Minnesota fitness club chain is opening a series of Life Time-branded apartment complexes across the U.S. with a wellness theme.

The properties offer health and fitness-themed concierge programming for residents, including meal weekly meal prep and delivery, personal training sessions and nutritional coaching.

The 5-story complex is a partnership between the Life Time and Burlington-based developer Nordblom Co., owner of the property, which obtained $59.9 million in financing from Eastern Bank in November 2021.

Life Time Fitness declined to discuss financial details of the partnership.

The complex includes apartments ranging from 558 to 1,407 square feet.  Rents have not been announced, but developers are expected to begin leasing this spring in preparation for the property’s summer opening.

The first two Life Time Residences opened in Coral Gables, Florida and Henderson, Nevada. A 52,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness and 290-unit Life Time Living apartment complex are scheduled to open this summer at 130 Tresser Blvd. in downtown Stamford, Connecticut.
