Herrick Lutts Realty Partners of Beverly teamed up with the Rowley-based Institution For Savings (IFS) to complete two recent sales. Herrick Lutts arranged the sales whiles the IFS provided the financing.

In the first transaction, River Morgan Properties LLC and 29-31 Woodbury Street LLC, both managed by Andreas Bauermeister, purchased 39 and 43 River St. in Danvers from Garden City Realty LLC for a combined $1.89 million.

The buildings are each comprised of six residential units.  Each building contains five two-bedroom units and a single one-bedroom unit.

Next, MBTS 13 Elm Street LLC purchased the former headquarters of Windover Construction Co. at 13 Elm St. in Manchester for $1.25 million.

The building, fully leased to individual tenants, saw extensive redesign and was rebuilt to feature 10,000 square feet of individual office spaces.
