• Collegium Pharmaceuticals has leased 50,678 square feet at 100 Tech following a multi-million-dollar repositioning of the 188,000-square-foot office building by Braintree-based Campanelli.
• Campanelli redesigned the main entrance and added new lobby finishes and a café, a fitness center with shower and locker rooms and additional conference space. Other new common area amenities include patio seating with wifi, a fire pit and multi-sport court.
• Collegium will occupy the third floor and portions of the second floor following a tenant fit-out by Campanelli Construction. In collaboration with Peter Brown, Campanelli’s director of leasing, the Newmark Knight Frank suburban team of Mike Frisoli and Tyler McGrail are exclusive leasing agents for the property. CBRE’s John Lashar and Steve Purpura represented the tenant.
