A software company that works with tour operators is moving to 115 Fourth Ave. in Needham, a newly-updated office building owned by The Davis Cos. and Marcus Partners in Waltham. 

FareHarbor will occupy nearly 12,000 square feet in the building which recently added a new tenant lounge, soft seating, LeanBox and Bevi stations, a fitness center and outdoor patio.  

Remaining vacancies include 5,067 square feet of move-in-ready office space and a 36,000-square-foot life science suite. 

Cushman & Wakefield represents ownership in lease transactions.
