A boutique office building in Needham has been awarded the Middle Atlantic Conference Regional Outstanding Building of the Year, or “TOBY,” award in the 100,000-249,999-square-foot category. 

160 Gould St. will compete for international recognition at this year’s Building and Office Managers Association international conference. Buildings are judged based on community involvement, tenant relations, site management, emergency preparedness, environmental and green policies and procedures. 

The 135,699-square-foot building is managed by Cushman & Wakefield and offers shared spaces and building-wide events including bi-weekly barbecues, holiday receptions and retail pop-ups. The property is located near MBTA commuter rail service, major bus routes and boutique shops and restaurants.
