 After renovating and leasing up the 55,000-square-foot former SharkNinja headquarters to a group of tenants, Intrum Corp. is seeking an anchor lease of 25,000 square feet to kickstart construction of an adjacent office building at 180 Wells Ave. 

 Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the 60,000-square-foot building will include private balconies and terraces and parking in a new, single-story structure with a ratio of 3.3 spaces per 1,000 square feet leased. On-site amenities include a cafe, recharge lounge and central courtyard with fire pit and outdoor seating. 

 The two buildings will be connected by a glass-walled 3-story lobby surrounding the central outdoor courtyard. A new entrance on the western side of Wells Avenue will serve as the primary access to the new building.
