Pharmaceutical and biotech contract researchers PureHoney Technologies will relocate this fall from 44 Manning Road to 3 Federal St. in Billerica after signing an 18,568-square-foot lease with landlord Rhino Capital. 

PureHoney Technologies provides mass spectrometry and analytic services to clients in the biopharma industry. 

Avison Young’s Kirk Weller and Jason Levendusky represented PureHoney Technologies in the lease transaction, while JLL’s Brian Tisbert represented ownership.
