A former call center in Canton has been redeveloped as 135,600 square feet of cGMP/advanced manufacturing space.

Tenant spaces subdividable to 50,000 square feet are available at 30 Dan Road, which includes 34-foot clear heights and four loading docks.

Quincy-based Jumbo Capital and Apollo Global Management paid $21 million for the property and obtained $57.7 million in financing from Cambridge Savings Bank in 2022. The project team included general contractor Surus, architect Integrated Project Services and civil engineer Highpoint Engineering.

Colliers Executive Vice President Kevin Hanna and Senior Vice President Kevin Brawley represent ownership in leasing.
