DH Property Holdings’ first speculative project in Greater Boston creates 95,095 square feet of high-bay industrial space suitable for last-mile distribution and Logan International Airport freight carriers.

New York-based DH Property Holdings, which specializes in industrial projects in dense, urban core locations, partnered with Pugh Management on the 735 Broadway project which was completed in mid-August.

Built to class A specifications suitable for distribution, storage, manufacturing and light assembly, the project includes 32-foot clear heights, 23 loading docks and an early suppression, fast response fire system.

Newmark Executive Managing Director Ed Jarosz, Senior Managing Director Brian Pinch and associate Michael Malinconico are handling leasing and marketing on behalf of ownership.
