Lexington officials have approved construction of a mixed-use campus at 91 Hartwell Ave. containing 125,000 square feet of office space and 95,000 square feet of class A lab facilities. 

The project is expected to be ready for tenant build-out in the fourth quarter of 2021. 

Designed by Boston-based architects DiMella Shaffer, the campus will include a center atrium promenade and cafe, and shared 502-space parking garage. A center atrium promenade will welcome tenants and visitors into the campus, with a café serving as the community hub and main connector. The campus will also include a new shared 502-space parking structure. 

Lincoln Property Co. leads the development team, which also includes Paul Finger Assoc., LEC Environmental and Nitsch Engineering.
