What: Cambridge Consultants office
Where: Two Drydock, Boston
Owner: KKR and Synergy Investments
Built: 2022

Cambridge Consultants’ new office in Boston’s Seaport District includes a floor plan inspired by the British consultancy’s logo by creating a pair of outer and inner workspaces.

Boston-based architects SGA designed the new 22,000-square-foot workspace at 2 Drydock for Cambridge Consultants, which is part of the Capgemini Invent product development and technology consulting firm.

In a nod to the company’s logo of overlapping C’s, the offices include an outer core and shell and inner core with dynamic architecture and finishes. Angled walls create more open space and natural light penetration. A series of lighting pendants form an angular pattern over the open office layout.

They Said It:

“Two Drydock is a space worth coming to, a place for bright minds to innovate together and for careers to grow. This new state-of-the-art workspace will provide a U.S. base for our world-class technologists to expand the boundaries of innovation.” — Oli Qirko, president of North America, Cambridge Consultants
