What: Crosby Center

National Development has completed an $8 million capital improvement program for Crosby Center, a nine-building, 590,000-square-foot office park in Bedford. 

Designed by AHP Architects, upgrades included new entries and lobbies at buildings 20/22, 26 and 28, facade updates, new courtyards and landscaping at buildings 20/22, 26 and 28 and new parkwide amenities including a game room, food service improvements, conference room upgrades and additional parking. 

The project team included landscape architect and site engineer Stantec, furniture vendor COP and contractor Cranshaw Construction.
