  • CBRE/New England’s Tim Lyne and Tim Howe represented ownership in the transactions including new leases by Smartsheet, XPO Logistics, Outfront Media and AMCS Group along with a renewal by Power Advocate and an expansion by E.M. Duggan.
  • Invesco acquired the Leather District property in 2012 for $75 million. The Beaux Arts-style building was designed by Boston architecture firm Peabody & Stearns and was occupied by the United Shoe Machinery Co. and U.S. Thread Co. in its early years.
  • 179 Lincoln St. is among the first LEED-certified historic renovations in Boston and received an award from the Boston Preservation Alliance for best adaptive use of historic industrial space.
