A $20 million development by The Procopio Cos. of Middleton delivered 39 garden-style apartments and 10 townhomes at a 3-story podium building in Wilmington. 

The 74,000-square-foot complex is equipped with resident amenities including a fitness center, yoga room, club room, pet spa and private virtual meeting “Zoom Rooms” with acoustic treatments. 

The project team included architects DMS Design, interior designer Conant Design Group and property manager and leasing agent Charlesgate. 

Procopio Cos. has an active development pipeline of more than 1,480 apartments and for-sale housing units in New England.
