A data company that works with life science companies on clinical drug trials is relocating from Charlestown’s Hood Park to Medford’s One Cabot Road, leasing 41,000 square feet at the 309,000-square-foot office complex. 

Philadelphia-based ERT joins an expanding tech cluster across from Wellington station on the MBTA’s Orange Line. The Davis Cos. of Boston acquired One Cabot Road in 2015 for $53 million and has attracted new tenants including Amazon, iHeartMedia and Global Contact Services. 

A capital improvement program designed by McMahon Architects including a lobby renovation, new coffee bar and updated lounge areas is scheduled for completion this summer.
