Athletic gear manufacturer PUMA has opened its new headquarters at Somerville’s Assembly Row, consolidating local operations previously based at 33 Arch St. in Boston and 10 Lyberty Way in Westford.

Designed by Gensler, the 150,000-square-foot facility includes open concept workspaces and amenities for 450 employees. A 19,000-square-foot roof deck will include a beer garden and art installations, while a basketball court is planned for a 2,300-square-foot outdoor terrace.

The facility includes a fitness center, kids room for visiting offspring, bike storage, huddle and conference rooms, and updated audio-visual equipment to accommodate the needs of hybrid work arrangements.
