Travel industry tech provider Sabre has opened a new Boston Innovation Lab at 321 Summer St. in Fort Point to serve as the headquarters of its research and development arm on uses of big data, machine learning and artificial intelligence. 

Corderman & Co. was project manager for construction of the 10,635-square-foot space, renovating an existing office space with a new reception area, breakout rooms and eight meeting rooms with audio-visual equipment. Other project team members included JLL and Fusion Design Consultants. 

Approximately 20 employees will work in the new offices by the end of 2019, with expansion potential for up to 60.
