Vantage Builders has completed renovation of 16 Pearson Blvd. in Gardner for Sanctuary Medicinals, which opened Massachusetts’ 10th recreational cannabis dispensary in March. 

The Waltham construction company also is building out medical dispensaries for Sanctuary Medicinals at 2 Electronics Ave. in Danvers and 130 Commerce Way in Woburn, both of which are scheduled to open this month. The firm sells cannabis flowers, pre-rolls, tinctures, edibles, topicals and concentrates. 

All three locations contain reception areas, customer consultation areas, product displays and points of sale along with offices, locker rooms and employee break rooms. 

Vantage previously completed Sanctuary’s 36,000-square-foot cultivation facility in Littleton, which contains eight grow rooms and production areas for edibles and oils.
