A winter garden reopened this month at Seaport East following a nearly year-long capital improvement project designed to refresh the office tower’s common area amenities.

New artwork, seating and olive and ficus trees were installed in the natural light-filled lobby, and a reservable 10-seat tenant conference room was added. Zo Greek will open a new location next to the winter garden later this year, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service and an artisan cocktail bar.

During the past year, new and existing tenants have signed leases for more than 84,000 square feet at Seaport East and the neighboring Seaport West office tower. Seaport East currently has 173,000 square feet of availability, including two contiguous floors, while 30,000 square feet is available at Seaport West.
