Family-run real estate company Richardson Green has selected Connolly Brothers Inc. to design and build a 56,000-square-foot multitenant building in Middleton. 

Named Stone Ridge, the building is designed to accommodate flex industrial tenants with a mix of office, manufacturing and high-bay warehouse space. 

The project began in January with blasting followed by foundation work in July and steel erection work this fall. Completion is scheduled for April 2021. 

Members of the project team include owner-developer Richardson Green, MEP engineer BLW Engineering, civil engineer Morin Cameron Group Inc., structural engineer JSN and site work by Manter.
