Shell TechWorks has signed the first lease at Skanska’s Two Drydock office tower in Boston’s Seaport District, and will relocate from Cambridgeport in early 2020. 

The research and development branch of Royal Dutch Shell will occupy 43,821 square feet on the fifth and sixth floors, including exclusive access to a fifth-floor outdoor terrace. 

The 13-story, 230,000-square-foot building will include 9,000 square feet of retail space. An 8,000-square-foot roof terrace connects to a 5,500-square-foot amenity space including a fitness center, conference area and lounge. 

Two Drydock includes 150 parking spaces on the second through fourth floors which can be converted into office space.
