More than 90,000 square feet of office space has been leased within the past year at 100 and 120 Front St. in Worcester’s Mercantile Center. 

Most recently, the state Department of Industrial Accidents leased 7,686 square feet on the third floor of 100 Front St. The agency will relocate its 13 employees from 340 Main St. Stability Health LLC recently signed a three-year lease for 2,000 square feet at 120 Front St. 

The 252,000-square-foot office tower at 100 Front St. is 98 percent occupied. 

Wellesley-based Franklin Realty Advisors LLC and its executives have developed more than $200 million worth of real estate projects in central Massachusetts over the past 26 years, including the Southbridge Innovation Center and 385 Grove St. in Worcester.
