Infogroup Signs Lease At Updated Burlington Complex

Infogroup has signed an eight-year lease for 20,641 square feet at 20 Mall Road in Burlington.

Burlington-based R.J. Kelly Co. purchased the 154,111-square-foot 10 and 20 Mall Road complex in 2014 for $30 million.

A repositioning and renovation program creating collaborative office space factored into Infogroup’s decision to sign a long-term lease, Chief Administrative Officer Ed McCormick said in a statement.

Cushman and Wakefield’s John Boyle and Mary Burnieka represented Infogroup in the lease transaction. CEO Brandon Kelly represented ownership.

Headquartered in Pappilon, Nebraska, Infogroup provides data, analytics and marketing leads to businesses under a software-as-a-service model. CCMP Capital Advisors, the company’s current owner, has agreed to sell Infogroup to Court Square Capital Partners for approximately $600 million, according to a recent Reuters report.
