Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. has purchased the Shoppes at Page Pointe in Stoughton for $15.8 million.
The 50,900-square-foot shopping center is anchored by a 45,000-square-foot LA Fitness and includes a T.G.I. Friday’s. Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Griffin, president, Geoffrey Millerd, executive vice president, and Justin Smith, senior associate, oversaw the transaction on behalf of EDENS.
The 100 percent leased property is adjacent to a newly constructed 144,000-square-foot Target. Target’s current ownership was responsible for nearly $2 million in road improvements surrounding the center.
