55 Walkers Brook Drive Reading, MA for use by Nordblom Company

Nordblom Co. of Burlington and Rubenstein Partners of Philadelphia have selected JLL as the exclusive leasing agent for 55 Walkers Brook Drive in Reading.

The owners are making extensive improvements to the six-story, 140,000-square-foot office building. Ongoing renovations include lobby and common area updates, refreshed elevator cabs and new landscaping.

“The building is in impeccable shape, and we’re making strategic enhancements to the property that will ensure it stays at the top of the list of Class A office buildings in the suburban market,” Ogden Hunnewell, a partner at Nordblom Co., said in a statement.

Current tenants include Physicians Interactive and Reading Cooperative Bank.
