JLL Hires CBRE Downtown Broker

A veteran of 25 years in Boston commercial real estate is joining JLL Boston’s downtown brokerage team to bolster its tenant representation business.

Will Foley most recently worked at CBRE in its Boston Consulting practice, focusing on corporate tenant advisory. He joins JLL as executive vice president, also specializing in tenant representation in Boston.

During a 25-year career in the Boston commercial real estate industry, Foley also has held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Cassidy Turley, FHO Partners and Trammell Crow Co. At CBRE, he was a member of the firm’s Boston Consulting practice since 2019.

“Foley’s extensive experience and understanding of real estate strategies that drive the local Boston market will boost our team’s expertise,” JLL Executive Managing Director Ben Heller said in a statement. “We are very excited to welcome him on our team after having competed with him for over 20 years.”
