JLL has added Scott Carpenter to its Capital Markets team as an associate.
Carpenter will work with the Office and Retail Capital Markets groups, where he will be primarily responsible for analytics work, cash flow analysis and underwriting.
Carpenter comes to JLL from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent three years as an analyst, responsible for supporting six northeast offices by delivering the most current and relevant real estate data. Prior to that he held positions at Chadwick Martin Bailey and Johnson & Johnson. Carpenter, a Dickinson College alum, volunteers for Greater Boston organizations including Heading Home and We Are One 365.
“We are excited to have Scott join the team,” JLL Capital Markets Managing Director Frank Petz said in a statement. “He brings strong experience and industry relationships to our group. Most importantly, his addition helps further deepen our analytical bench.”
