Koda Ventures LLC recently purchased the former Pool & Patio Outlet Center in Hanover for $3.2 million.
Koda plans on renovating and adding square footage to the already 45,000 square-foot building, which sits on 7.5 acres on 357 Columbia Road.
Mark Wallace of Wallace Co. brokered the sale.
