A 106,250-square-foot air-conditioned warehouse building in Holliston has changed hands in a recent multi-million dollar sale.
SEJACJ LLC purchased 350 Hopping Brook Road from Atlantic-Holliston Realty LLC for $7.2 million.
The warehouse sits on 12.78 acres.
New Dover Assoc. Inc. represented SEJACJ in the sale, while Jones Lang Lasalle represented Atlantic-Holliston Realty.
