Lupoli Cos. has begun leasing the final 338-unit phase of its Riverwalk Lofts project in Lawrence, where rents for entry-level units start at $2,000.

The project includes a range of studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 866 to 1,544 square feet.

The loft conversion at the mill complex on the North Andover line includes 600 units blending modern amenities with historic architecture.

Community amenities include two fitness centers, a wine and coffee bar, game room, workspaces and conference rooms, private dining areas and a rooftop patio and grilling area.

Units in the latest phase include 16-foot ceilings, 12-foot windows, quartz countertops and mezzanine lofts.

The complex is located on the western end of the 50-acre Riverwalk Innovation District. This summer, Lupoli Cos. plans to complete The Pavilion at Riverwalk, including a 1,250-space parking garage, cafes and retail stores, a restaurant and office space and a rooftop football field and track.

The project is one of many transit-oriented projects in recent years in Lawrence that could be joined by more as local leaders look to spread multifamily development to the city’s downtown.
