A preleasing center has opened at 75 Kneeland St. for The Tower at One Greenway, a 217-unit apartment tower opening this summer in downtown Boston.
Apartments contain chef-style kitchens with granite countertops and ceramic backsplashes, plank flooring in shared spaces, carpeted bedrooms and closets, coffered ceilings, keyless entry and porcelain tiled bathrooms. Market-rate rents range from $2,450 a month for studios to $8,230 for three-bedroom, two-den units.
Community amenities include a conference room, coffee bar, covered bicycle storage, electric car charging stations, underground parking, yoga studio, fitness center, a landscaped park and Suite 1100, an 11th-floor lounge furnished with an open kitchen and a rooftop terrace that can be reserved for private events.
The Tower at One Greenway is part of the One Greenway development by New Boston Fund, along with the adjacent 66 Hudson building, which features 95 affordable rentals, and the South Building, which will contain 51 affordable homeownership units. The affordable homeownership units, which are planned to start construction in late 2015, will be allocated through a lottery.
