Mark O’Hara, director of sales for Topsfield-based C.P. Berry Homes/Berry Properties, has been awarded the National Association of Realtors green designation.
O’Hara completed 18 hours of course work designed specifically for Realtors to achieve the designation.
"As energy costs rise along with concerns for the environment, homeowners are looking for innovative ways to save money and live responsibly," said Dick Gaylord, NAR’s immediate past president.
