A Maine real estate development firm is the new owner of a two-building office complex in Westford.

In a $24.5 million transaction completed April 24, RAM Cos. of Scarborough acquired 3-5 Carlisle Road from New York-based Curo Enterprises.

Needham Bank provided $18.6 million in mortgage financing.

Completed in 1986, the 167,000-square-foot complex known as Westford Corporate Center sits on an 18.4-acre parcel. Curo bought the property in December 2015 for $25 million.

RAM Cos.’ Massachusetts office portfolio includes 100 Research Drive in Wilmington and Audubon Commerce Center in Wakefield.
