A 150-year-old brick mill in Holyoke could soon become a hub for Massachusetts’ burgeoning marijuana industry following a $3.2 million sale.

MassLive.com reports the 126,000-square-foot downtown mill building’s owner, an office furniture dealer, is already transferring control of parts of the building to the buyer, Trulieve Cannabis Corp., and had previously considered trying to convert the building to condominiums.

Trulieve plans to use the building to grow and package marijuana products to sell at its Cambridge and Northampton stores.
