The Massachusetts Bankers Association is moving from its Tremont Street location to One Washington near Boston’s City Hall Plaza.

The MBA is one of three tenants recently signed to leases at One Washington, according to leasing agent Jones Lang LaSalle. The MBA will take over the entire eighth floor (8,000 square feet), while The McLaughlin Brothers, P.C. will move into the top floor (2,990 square feet) and Kimball Brousseau LLP (1,569 square feet) changes floors.

"Location was the key in our decision to move to One Washington," said MBA Vice President Ann Sepcilka. "It is central to the State House and the state regulators we work with on a daily basis. We are also excited about the changes coming to City Hall Plaza."

Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Bill Barrack, Senior Vice President Ben Heller and Assistant Vice President Jason Cameron represented the owners, Saracen Properties and AEW Capital Management, in the MBA and McLaughlin Brothers transactions.
