Digital printing manufacturer Mimaki USA has leased 6,000 square feet at Duffy Properties’ 411 Waverley Oaks Road building one.
NAI Hunneman’s Steve James and Jason Rexinis represented ownership. Arlon Brown of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group represented Mimaki.
In the past two months, NAI Hunneman has leased over 24,000 square feet in the 1.2 million-square-foot park to flex/R&D and lab tenants.
