255 Andover St.New England Coffee Co. has leased nearly 75,000 square feet of industrial space in Wilmington, and two other firms will also newly occupy space in the northern suburb.

At 255 Andover St., New England Coffee is expanding its real estate holdings with its warehouse and distribution facility. The firm outgrew its Malden facilities and required "a hub for distribution to satisfy the expanding needs of the business," according to information from broker NAI Hunneman. NAI vice president Michael McCarthy and associate Jason Rexinis represented New England Coffee in the 74,928-square-foot lease transaction. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord. 

Global logistics company Kintetsu World Express is moving its operations to a newly renovated 40,000-square-foot facility at 235 Andover St. The landlord was represented by The Stubblebine Co., and NAI Hunneman represented the tenant.

Medical device company NeuroTherm has also leased 23,000 square feet of space at 600 Research Drive to accommodate company growth. NAI Hunneman represented NeuroTherm, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
