Accion Systems and Welocalize are the newest tenant-clients at RS56 in Charlestown.

RS56 is a three-building, multitenant office property containing approximately 160,000 square feet on a 4.476 acre parcel of land.

Accion Systems, a tech firm, signed a five-year lease for approximately 3,439 square feet of space, while Welocalize, a tech communications company, agreed to a five-year lease for approximately 2,263 square feet of space.

“The two newly executed leases are great for the asset as activity has been on the rise with promising new prospects on the horizon,” John Caldwell, president of management firm Paradigm Properties, said in a statement.

Ryan Weber, Jason Cameron and Joseph Pearce of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the leasing team for the building, while Joseph Pearce also represented Accion Systems. Welocalize was represented by Brendan Miller from Lincoln Property.
