Medway’s newest medical building will be developed by the Lobisser Cos. with financing from Rockland Trust. The building will be leased on a long-term basis to Milford Regional Physician Group, a subsidiary of Milford Regional Hospital.

“The Lobisser Cos. have an impressive reputation within Worcester County for developing buildings that strengthen and serve the local community,” Darin Foster, vice president and commercial loan officer, Rockland Trust, said in a statement. “We’re honored to be part of this meaningful project and grateful for the relationship we’ve built with the team at Lobisser Cos.”

The new building at 68A Main St. will be approximately 22,000 square feet of medical offices with nearly 90 parking spaces. It will offer laboratory services, x-ray, urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics and woman’s health services.

President Kevin Lobisser said in a statement. “This project represents Milford Regional’s commitment to offer expanded first class health care services to the town of Medway and neighboring communities.”

The building is expected to open in spring 2024.
