New Property Manager Named for Pierce Boston

Newton-based Barkan Management Co. has been named as the new management company at the 109 luxury condos at Pierce Boston in the Fenway beginning Jan. 1.

The 30-story Pierce tower at 188 Brookline Ave. features 24/7 concierge service, a fitness center, great rooms, a sun deck with a rooftop pool, kitchen/gas fireplace and private sky cabanas and below-ground parking.

Barkan manages 190 residential properties in seven states. In Boston, its management assignments include Trinity Place, Twenty Two Liberty, 50 Liberty, the Residences at Rowes Wharf and the upcoming EchelonSeaport.

Developed by Boston-based Samuels & Assoc., Pierce Boston opened in spring 2018.
