Newton REIT Hospitality Properties Trust has priced an underwritten public offering of $300 million of 7.875 percent unsecured senior notes due 2014.
The settlement of this sale is expected to occur on Aug.12, the trust said. HPT said it intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to reduce amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
