An office building on the North End waterfront has traded hands.

Boston-based real estate advisory firm Senné bought One Lewis Wharf on Feb. 4 for $13.2 million according to documents filed with the Suffolk Registry of Deeds. A $9.65 million mortgage was provided by the Hingham Institution for Savings.

In a statement, Senné said it would be moving its headquarters there, but planned to maintain a presence in Cambridge.

One Lewis Wharf features prominently in the Boston waterfront skyline. The 3-story office building is a combined 15,852 square feet. Originally built in 1981, it was completely rehabbed n 2014. The building also includes five rentable boat slips.

“We are so thankful for the opportunity to purchase such an iconic property as One Lewis Wharf,” Senné President and CEO William Senné said in a statement. “From One Lewis Wharf, our firm will expand our Greater Boston suite of high-quality real estate advisory services.”
