J.J. Manning Auctioneers of Yarmouth Port has sold 20 and 23 Preservation Path in Orleans for $720,000 at a pre-auction on behalf of the estate of Barbara McCoy.

The property consists of a 2,055-square-foot home built in 1979 and three-car garage on 3.7 acres fronting Namskaket Creek and Marsh.

The estate heirs had listed the property through a conventional real estate brokerage for over two years before signing an auction contract with J.J. Manning on Jan. 26. Following an open house March 14 attended by 100 prospective buyers, a pre-auction offer was tendered on March 18 and accepted by the estate.
