Partners In Health (PIH) has signed a 37,586-square-foot lease as it expands and relocates to 800 Boylston St. in Boston in July.

The organization previously occupied 21,906 square feet at 888 Commonwealth Ave.

Derek Losi and Joe Sciolla of Cresa Boston represented PIH in the lease transaction. Barry Dubé from Cresa’s project management group is overseeing the buildout of the space into a collaborative work environment. The landlord, Boston Properties, represented itself in the deal.

Founded in 1987, Partners in Health works with governments and organizations in 10 countries to provide health care to remote areas.
