Built in 1998, the 17,000-square-foot warehouse building at 130 Corporate Park Drive is situated on 2 acres of land and was occupied by USA Health & Fitness for more than 20 years. Durgin represented the seller, 130 Corporate Park Drive LLC, and procured the buyer, Alder Co. Inc. The sale price was $1.65 million
