Baker will report to Chairman and CEO Bruce Van Saun and serve on Citizens’ Executive Committee. Baker, a who has more than three decades of experience in banking, most recently served as executive vice president of enterprise services at PNC Bank.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Brian Collins has joined the firm as a senior associate, serving the Metrowest area of Greater Boston. Odenwelder were both promoted to vice president and mortgage originator; Deven M. Robinson was promoted to assistant vice president and executive administration officer; Dorothy R. Tully was promoted to assistant vice president and mortgage underwriter; and James P. Henebry was promoted to relationship manager and commercial loan officer.
