Mary Ellen Baker

Citizens Financial Group

Citizens Financial Group recently announced the appointment of Mary Ellen Baker as head of business services. Baker will report to Chairman and CEO Bruce Van Saun and serve on Citizens’ Executive Committee. Baker, a who has more than three decades of experience in banking, most recently served as executive vice president of enterprise services at PNC Bank.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Brian Collins has joined the firm as a senior associate, serving the Metrowest area of Greater Boston. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Collins worked with Lincoln Property Co.’s brokerage group, focusing on tenant representation and new business development.

Direct Federal Credit Union

Direct Federal Credit Union recently promoted Jessica Glezellis to the position of business development manager. In this role, she will build relationships with area businesses to serve the financial needs of their employees. Prior to joining DCU, Glezellis was product marketing manager at Middlesex Savings Bank.

Haverhill Bank recently announced that six employees were promoted within the bank. Denise M. Joslin was promoted to vice president of human resources and secretary of the board of directors; Thomas O. Faulkner and Janet F. Odenwelder were both promoted to vice president and mortgage originator; Deven M. Robinson was promoted to assistant vice president and executive administration officer; Dorothy R. Tully was promoted to assistant vice president and mortgage underwriter; and James P. Henebry was promoted to relationship manager and commercial loan officer.

Ryan Stolle has joined Hometown Bank as vice president of government banking. Stolle has more than eight years of banking experience and most recently worked at Easthampton Savings Bank, where he also served as vice president of government banking. In this position, Stolle will continue to grow the bank’s business relationships with the cities, towns, districts and authorities in Worcester County.

Real Estate Associates of Cape Cod

The Real Estate Associates of Cape Cod recently welcomed Richard F. Cass as its new CEO. Cass joins the firm after a 30-year career in Metrowest real estate, where he served as the senior vice president and general manager for Century 21 Commonwealth.
