BayCoast Bank
Rebecca L. Caron has been hired as assistant vice president of corporate administration at Fall River-based BayCoast Bank. Caron was most recently assistant to the superintendent of the Fall River Public Schools.
Columbia Construction Company
North Reading-based Columbia Construction Co. has promoted 12 employees. Rob Dooley, Bob Doyle and Steve Jeter have each been named superintendents; Drew Cahill and Connor Drew assumed area superintendent roles; Patrick Ferrera is now a project manager; James Christie has been named a preconstruction manager for interiors; Royce Stewart was promoted to director of virtual construction; Tim Brewster, Marcia Carlson and Scott Rossi are now senior project managers; and Rosemary Duffy has been promoted to operations manager for interiors.

Michael Fung has been named chief investment officer of Wellesley Investment Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wellesley Bank. Fung was previously a senior equity analyst at Pax World Funds.
