Swansea-based BayCoast Bank has named Connie J. Dagwan as its latest vice president and regional manager. Dagwan, who is fluent in Portuguese, joins BayCoast Bank with 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as regional sales manager with Citizens Bank in Bristol County.

Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors

The Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors has launched a new designation its members can earn to highlight their experience in their local market. Realtors are required to be a member of the association in good standing for at least three years, must have a sustained record of local production and once they earn the distinction they must meet continuing education requirements. The first five recipients of the Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist Designation are Annie Blatz (Kinlin Grover Real Estate), Jeffrey Clonts (The Cape House Team at William Raveis Real Estate), Doug Grattan (Chatham Properties Group), Martha Knapp (Kinlin Grover Real Estate) and Paul Rooney (Cape Cod Oceanview Real Estate).

Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

Prabal Chakrabarti has been promoted to executive vice president and community affairs officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Giovanni Olivei has been promoted to senior vice president and deputy director of the bank’s Research Department.

NorthShore Bank

Peabody-based North Shore Bank has hired Elise Hurley as a member of its residential lending team.

The Savings Bank

Wakefield-based The Savings Bank has promoted Bruce Donovan to senior vice president of branch administration. Donovan also serves as the bank’s security officer.
