The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod
Hyannis-based The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod has appointed two new executives: Barbara Smith will be its new executive vice president and chief banking strategy officer and Scott Kwarta has been named its new executive vice president and chief risk officer. Smith was most recently a senior vice president at KeyBank.

Greg Buscone, executive vice president and senior commercial banking officer at Boston-based Eastern Bank, has joined the Board of Directors of BDC Capital, an economic development company that provides financing and investment capital for growing companies in New England.

Danvers-based civil engineering firm Hancock Assoc. has hired Devon Morse as a project wetland scientist.

Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate has hired David Reneker as director of its institutional services unit, based out of its Los Angeles office.
Monson Savings Bank
Monson Savings Bank has promoted Rob Chateauneuf to senior vice president and commercial loan officer.
Radius Bank
Boston-based Radius Bank has promoted Stephen Hunt to executive vice president of equipment finance. The bank also hired Brenda Mackey as its new executive vice president of institutional cash management. Mackey was previously the leader of East Boston Savings Bank’s cash management group for nine years.

Canton-based Timberline Construction has hired Kerri Dutra-Kelly as director of human resources and Shannon McCarthy as director of marketing. Dutra-Kelly was previously the chief of human resources ad Admirals Bank. McCarthy was most recently New England director of marketing and communications for Cushman & Wakefield.
