Blue Hills Bank, Florence Bank and Greylock Federal Credit Union are among the organizations announcing changes to personnel in this week’s roundup.

Blue Hills Bank

Blue Hills Bank recently promoted Bob Driscoll to executive vice president of home lending. Driscoll began his career at Blue Hills Bank as a part-time teller more than 20 years ago. Most recently he worked as one the first loan originators for the bank. Driscoll is a board member of the Mass Community Banking Council, and is involved in the bank’s community service outreach projects.

 

Country Bank

Country Bank added three new branch managers to its retail banking division – Shantie Prashad, Cynthia Saucier and Helios Mako. Prashad, a 20-year veteran of the banking industry, is located at the Worcester office. Most recently she was a branch manager for Santander Bank in Worcester. Saucier, located at the Paxton office, began her career in banking 29 years ago, most recently as manager of the e-banking department for Milford National Bank. Mako is located at the Charlton office, and brings eight years of previous banking experience. Helios most recently worked for SpencerBank in Holden as a branch manager.

Florence Bank

Florence Bank promoted April O’Brien to the position of assistant vice president and branch manager of its Williamsburg location. O’Brien is a 28-year employee of Florence Bank. Prior to her recent promotion, she was assistant branch manager. She has also been the recipient of the President’s Club Award. O’Brien also acts as treasurer of the Williamsburg & Haydenville Business Association.

 

Greylock Federal Credit Union

Greylock Federal Credit Union announced that Isa F. Ali has been appointed to Greylock’s volunteer supervisory committee by the credit union’s board of directors. Ali is taking the place of Jean A. Doak, who recently retired from the supervisory committee after serving for 25 years. Since 2013, Ali has been the owner and operator of Celerity Properties, a property investment and management firm in Pittsfield. From 2002 to the present, he has also owned and operated Ali Enterprises, a business consulting company in Dalton. Ali also serves as a board member on the Dalton Development and Industrial Committee.

 

UniBank

UniBank recently announced that Bernard P. Gagnon has joined the UniBank commercial lending team as vice president. In his role, Gagnon will be responsible for the managing existing business relationships and seeking new relationship opportunities. Gagnon has more than 30 years of commercial banking experience having worked most recently as vice president and team leader of the lending division at Webster Five Cents Savings Bank in Worcester.
